1. Receive the email invitation sent by the administrator
  2. Click on the Create password link to set your password
  3. Point your iPhone/Android device browser's to https://app.fitstatswellness.com/login.php (general wellness version) or  https://edu.fitstatswellness.com/login.php (education version)
  4. Enter your user name, password and press sign-in.
  5. That's it!

Select your preferred notification method

FITSTATS can send notifications via email, push notification and, if your account has sms sending enabled, text messages.


To change the way the system sends you reminders, open your user profile, scroll down to the Receive alerts & notifications section, select the option(s) of your choice and click Save.
