Activating Alerts
Alerts can be activated or deactivated at any time for each type of user. When activated, alerts are automatically displayed in the alert tab visible on both the student's app (Alert button) and when a staff user opens a participant's individual dashboard. Activated staff alerts will also be listed in the email Daily Alert Summary, when activated.
Sending anonymous health alerts
To send health alerts that only contain the student's / participant's initials, set the Anonymous alerts option to No. If you select Yes, the name of the user will be displayed on the email/text message alerts.
