Adding / modifying the wellness questionnaire
The questionnaire can be customized extensively.
Each question can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 7 answers. To add a new question, click the green cross located under the last answer of the last question.
Configuring custom fields
In addition to the daily questions, you can configure the app to collect up to 20 custom fields such as HRV, weight, resting HR, etc. When set to Show, these fields will appear at the end of the wellness questionnaire.
