Displaying Medical History
To display medical history, select the Health option from the team menu, tap the Health icon, select group/participants, date range (default is the last 6 months) and and click Show. Select a participants from the list to display his/her entire medical history.
To open an health problem, click on its name from the list.
Reviewing all the medical notes for a specific athlete
To review all clinical notes associated with a participant, open the Health menu and select the pencil note icon

To review clinical notes for a specific injury or illness, open the participant's medical history, tap the appropriate incident and open the Clinical notes tab
